Cytoplan’s Vitamin B12 Hydroxocobalamin supplement provides a high potency of B12 at 1 mg (1,000 µg) per sublingual tablet. Hydroxocobalamin is an inactive form of vitamin B12 which is converted in the body into the active methylcobalamin form.

Other ingredients: dextrose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid.
Place 1 tablet daily under the tongue until it is dissolved. Any residue can be swallowed with liquid after two minutes.
If you have recently had coronary stent surgery, do not take this supplement except under medical advice. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
